3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can also use the Track Your Order page on our website for real-time updates.

4. How long will it take to ship my order?

We strive to process and ship every order within 48 business hours. Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–4 working days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities and rural areas: 5–7 working days
  • International orders: 7–15 business days depending on the destination

5. What do I do if I received a tampered or damaged box?

If your package has been opened or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos of the package so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping charges and timelines vary by location.

7. What is your return policy?
